Eye exercises help your eyes to maintain optimal vision, while making your eye muscles more flexible, and bringing energy and blood flow to the eyes. Everyday eye exercises improve your eyesight, focus and concentration.
Exercise 1
Hold a pencil at an arm’s length and focus on it. Slowly bring it closer to your nose. Then move it farther from your vision. Repeat about 10 times a day.
Exercise 2
Roll your eyes in clockwise direction for a few seconds. Then, roll them counter-clockwise for a few seconds. Repeat this 4-5 times. Blink your eyes in between each set.
Exercise 3
Flutter your eyelid by blinking 20-30 times rapidly. Close your eyes and let them rest. Do this twice daily.
